Who processes your data

Until a legal entity is registered, the personal data operator is Saqtyq’s founder, Sagynay Kengesbek (Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan); once it is registered, we will list the company name and BIN here. You can reach us using the contact details on this website.

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection."

What data we collect

Through the website form: your name, phone number or email address and, if you provide them, your company name, city, message and the service you chose. Along with the request, we automatically save the IP address, the time it was sent, the site language and the page URL.

We don’t use advertising trackers on this website. In addition, the hosting provider keeps IP addresses and request times in its technical logs for security purposes.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, arrange a demo and prepare a commercial proposal. We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

How your data is stored

Requests are stored on a server of the website’s hosting provider in Kazakhstan. A copy of each request with all the form data is sent to our team’s work chat in the Telegram messenger and may also be forwarded to our work email. By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer of data, including to servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We keep request data for as long as we are in correspondence with you and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, email us at the address given on this website.
